REQUEST TIME OFF
1) CLICK GREEN PLUS SIGN IN
On eHub's main page, you'll see a green plus sign in the bottom right corner, click that to bring up a menu.
Select "Time Off Request" to begin the time off request procedure.

3) LIST REASON UNDER "NOTES"
Type in your absence reason in the "notes" section. Please be as detailed as possible.

5) CLICK "SUBMIT REQUEST"
Once all required information, including dates, times, and the reason for your request, has been entered, click the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of the page.
Please note: This process may take a moment. Do not close the page until a confirmation message appears.

2) CHOOSE TIME OFF UNDER "REASON"
Click the drop down menu under "reason" and select "Time Off." It's the only reason listed here, please go into further detail in the notes section.

4) ADD DATES AND TIMES
Click the plus (+) sign.
Select the date, enter the number of hours for your shift, then click "Add Day."
Repeat for each additional day requested.

6) WATCH FOR UPDATES FROM SUPERVISOR
Your requested day off is not approved until it has been reviewed and approved by a supervisor. Once approved, you will receive a notification in eHub's message center.
In some cases, your supervisor may return the request to ask for additional information or suggest changes.
