CLOCKING IN AND OUT

1) ENSURE YOU ARE WITHIN GEOFENCE

Clock-ins only work within the job site geofence.
Not sure of the location? Contact your supervisor or Dispatch.

3) CLICK "TEAMTIME" FROM MENU

From the eHub main screen, tap “TeamTime.” It appears in the top or bottom menu (depending on your phone) under the clock icon, as shown on the left.

5) SELECT "SHIFT START"

Click "SHIFT START" to begin your shift.

7) SEND VEHICLE INFO (IF APPLICABLE)

Assigned a patrol vehicle?
Text or call Dispatch with the vehicle number, mileage, and fuel level at the start and end of your shift.

**NOTE - MEAL BREAKS

If your job site requires a lunch or meal break, make sure to clock out when your meal break begins and clock back in when it ends by selecting “START MEAL BREAK” or “END MEAL BREAK"

2) OPEN EHUB APP

Open the eHub app. The app icon appears as shown in the image.

4) WAIT UNTIL IT IS 7 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED SHIFT

Clock-ins are permitted only within 7 minutes prior to your scheduled shift time. Any early clock-in attempts will be automatically rejected.

6) AT END OF SHIFT SELECT "SHIFT END"

After your shift, return to TeamTime and select "SHIFT END."
Note: You must be inside the job site geofence to clock out.

**NOTE - REJECTED PUNCHES

Punch Rejected? Try These Fixes:

Location off → Turn on location services in phone settings

Too early → Clock in 7 minutes before shift or later

Outside geofence → Confirm you're at the correct job site address
