eHub,One App, Many Uses!
Below is the process of downloading and logging into the eHub Mobile Application:

The eHub Mobile application is available for iPhone and Android products.

Simply download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play
SIGNING IN & CREATING A PASSWORD/PIN

After downloading the application you will then be prompted to input your employers eHub Address which is: lagarda.teamehub.com

Then select NEXT

Scroll down and select "Register/Forgot Password" (you may need to close your keyboard)

You will then be asked to enter the following information: User ID/Employee # (which should already be issued to you), your date of birth and social security number

You will then be directed to enter a new password and then confirm the new password
Password criteria: The password must be 6–15 characters long and must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a special character, and/or a number
After the account is successfully created, the user has the option to create a 4-digit passcode to speed up the login process for future use

CLOCKING IN & OUT
Lagarda is moving to the WinTeam platform for all timekeeping.

Trial Period: December 1–14, 2025. Employees should begin using the WinTeam/eHub mobile app or designated 800 number to clock in/out. You must

Official Launch: December 15, 2025. Only WinTeam methods will be accepted. All employees must be fully enrolled and using the system by this date or calling the 800 number to clock in/out

To clock in and out, navigate to the eHub application. Once logged in and on the main screen click "TeamTime" in the top right corner and select Shift start or Shift End
Timecards & Dispatch clock ins are still required through December 14th during the trial.
