“We would like to thank Lagarda Security for the monetary donation of $1,500 to the Second Annual City of Burton Policeman’s Ball that was held on Saturday, November 2, 2013. Your donation earned Lagarda Lieutenant Sponsor. Thank you for also attending the event, we hope that you enjoyed your evening. This year’s event raised $8,505 to be used toward three scholarships named in the memory of three fallen Burton police officers. The scholarships are awarded annually to three local high school students in the Burton area. This year, we will be able to award $2,500 for each scholarship for a total of $7,500. The remaining money will be used to plan next year’s event. We hope this will become an annual event so that we are able to help the youth in the Burton area year after year. This amazing feat would not be possible without the generosity and support from individuals like you. Your contribution was displayed on our sponsor board located at the front of the event along with the evening program that was provided to every person that entered the venue. We are glad that you support such a wonderful cause and look forward to your continued support.
